A subsidy inspection was initiated and concluded on October11, 2022. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed with the center representative during the exit interview.
Based on observation and interview the vendor failed to ensure that in each grouping of children the vendor will maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidencence: 1 - The only documentation of attendance available for review was maintained digitally. 2 - Staff #1 stated that there was not a hard copy available that was created as children arrive and leave.
