A subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 12/27/2022. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law. Violations were issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center failed to maintain a current CPR certificate for each staff member within the first 90 days.
Evidence: Staff #3 and #4 had no record of a CPR certificate during the inspection. Staff #3 hire date was 12/13/2021 and staff #4 hire date was 8/26/21.
