This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A initial inspection was concluded on 12/20/2021 The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There was one child present with the provider. The inspector virtually inspected the main floor of the home.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
