An unannounced inspection of the Voluntary registration Family Day Home was conducted today, August 9, 2022. There were two children in care with the provider. The areas addressed by the health and safety checklist were reviewed in the home. Two children's records and three provider/ household records were reviewed.
No violations were cited. An exit interview was conducted with the provider.
