A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 4/11/2023. There were 2 children present with the provider supervising. A voluntary registration inspection was also conducted on the date. Only subsidy requirements that are no covered in the voluntary registration requirements are covered by this inspection..
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations were discussed with the provider during the exit interview.
Based upon review of records, the provider has not ensured current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification is maintained. Evidence: The provider's CPR certification expired in December 2022 and has not been renewed
