Comments:
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on July 25, 2024. There was one, 18-month-old child in care with the provider. The inspector reviewed the requirements of the health and safety checklist. The Inspector reviewed one child?s records and two household member records.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
Based on record review the provider failed to ensure that children's records contain all required information. Evidence: The record for Child #1 did not contain documentation of the parent's signed authorization for the child's emergency medical treatment.
