Technical assistance was given to the provider about the carbon monoxide detector, stove, menu, and crib sheets.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/15/2022 from 10:15am-11:45am. There were 12 children (29 points) 1 resident child and supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 1 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely, singing, playing in organized group activities, and eating lunch. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
