Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:20pm-1:10pm. There were 12 children (26 points) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely, eating lunch and transitioning to naptime. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, the provider did not obtain for an adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form, every two years from the date of the last screening.
Evidence: HH #1's record contains a Report of Tuberculosis Screening form that expired on 10/25/2023.
Plan of Correction:
Blood test was done on Friday, report will be obtained on November 2023.
