Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on May 12, 2022. There were five children present, with one being a household member, ranging in ages from three months to two years, with one caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, provider did not ensure when more than one infant is in care, bottles are labeled with the child's name and date.
Evidence: Two infants were in care on this date. One bottle with remains of infant formula was observed and it was not labeled with the child's name and date.
