Comments:
A monitoring inspection was completed on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 3:05 pm until 4:00 pm at the family day home. There were 3 children in care, 1 household members child present with 1 caregiver and 1 assistant supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children transitioning from napping and participating in active play with age appropriate equipment. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 caregiver, and 1 assistant records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
