Comments:
A renewal inspection was completed on May 6, 2024 from 9:09 am until 10:20 am at the family day home. There were 3 children in care, 1 household members child present with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children in care watching television, playing with age appropriate equipment, interacting with peers and caregivers, eating a snack, and a parent drop off. A total of 3 child records, 1 caregiver, and 1 assistant records were reviewed.

Based on review of records and interview, in 2 of 2 records, the provider did not ensure to obtain documentation of a current tuberculosis screening every two years.
Evidence: In Caregiver #1's record, the last dated tuberculosis screening was 11/18/21. In the Assistant's record, the last dated tuberculosis screen was 12/16/21.
