An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 2/16/2024, from11:20 am- 1:40 pm, in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 2/1/2024 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of Staffing and Supervision, Special Services, Physical Plant., Special Care Provisions and Emergencies, and physical plant.. At the time of entrance, 17 children, 5 months to 2 years old, were present with 5 staff and an administrator. The physical plant, inside and out, were inspected, to include equipment and the proper use of equipment. Diapering procedures and hand washing procedures were observed. Lunch and food service, which had been initiated prior to arrival ,were observed, menus and postings were viewed. Staff to child ratios, supervision and staff interaction with children were observed. Staff present were interviewed informally. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so the complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
