Comments:
A complaint investigation was conducted on 7/6/2023. The investigation included observation, staff interviews and review of photo documentation. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant and supervision.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with an applicable standard and was documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.
Based upon observation, the facility has not ensured that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials are kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: Three spray bottles of fluid of which one was labeled "Dolphins Bleach" were observed on a table where two children were seated playing with toys. A third child was behind the two playing children.
