An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 02/02/2023. There were 2 children, ages 5 months- 23 months, totaling 7 points with one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical health of caregivers and household members, physical equipment and environment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, and early childhood care and education. Caregivers were interviewed and 1 child?s record was reviewed. The inspector arrived at 2:30 pm and departed at 3:45 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
