A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 02/02/2023. There were 2 children present, ages 5 months- 23 months, totaling 7 points and 1 caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, training, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of diseases, emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 1 caregiver record and 1 household member record were viewed. The children were observed during rest time and independent play. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: training hours. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 2:30 pm and departed the family day home at 3:45 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspections determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
