A monitoring inspection was conducted on June 13, 2024, from approximately 11:38 AM to 1:25 PM. There were five children present in the center, ranging in ages from infant to preschool, with five staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and three staff records were reviewed. A member of management stated there were no medications on site and transportation is not provided.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
