Comments:
Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced monitor inspection on August 23, 2022. There was one 6 month old child present under the direct care of the Provider throughout today's inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children records and 3 staff/household member records during the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the Licensee failed to have documentation of all required information for each child enrolled.

Description:
Based on inspection, the Licensee failed to maintain hot water at taps available to the children within a range of 105 degrees F to degrees F.
EVIDENCE: The hot water in the bathroom sink used by the children in care registered 133 degrees F. Hot water temperature exceeded maximum temperature.
