8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Comments:
A subsidy inspection was initiated and concluded on August 23, 2022. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on review of the family day home's emergency preparedness plan, the Licensee failed to include lockdown procedures.
EVIDENCE: The emergency preparedness plan for the family day home did not include lock down emergency procedures.
