Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/29/2022. The center currently does not have any children enrolled. A record review and tour of the facility was conducted. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation the center did not ensure all hazardous substances were kept in a locked place. Evidence: 1. The storage closet containing various cleaning supplies, was unlocked. 2. There were liquid plug-in air fresheners in the bathrooms.
Plan of Correction:
A locking mechanism will be placed on the storage closet and plug-in air fresheners were removed during the inspection.

Description:
Based on observation the center did not have all required emergency supplies. Evidence: The center had a radio, however did not have batteries to operate it.
Plan of Correction:
Batteries were at home, however will be brought into the center and tested.
