An initial inspection was conducted in person today, for this provider. The provider has a space set up for child care with lots of supplies and interest areas. She has a system in place for paperwork for when the children come for care. At this time the provider has no children in care. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions
The provider failed to have a refrigerator thermometer in the refrigerator. Evidence Based on the physical plant review during this initial inspection, the provider is missing a refrigerator thermometer in the refrigerator.
