A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted at the same time as the renewal inspection.
The provider was present with an assistant and two children. A total of 8 points.
Lots of interaction observed between the children and the caregivers. Bothe caregivers have taken lots of training this last year.
Discussed the medication authorization form and how the provider decides if she wants to give medications, provider is MAT trained.
