The inspection was initiated on February 13, 2023 and concluded February 13, 2023. There were 2 children present, 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical health of caregivers, caregiver training, physical equipment/ environment, care of children, preventing spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program
Based on record review and staff interview the licensee did not ensure Shelter-in-place procedures shall be practiced a minimum of twice per year.
