An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 05/25/2023 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. This inspection focused on compliance with employee record requirements. Sixteen staff records were reviewed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were cited.
