Comments:
An initial inspection was conducted on April 12th, 2022 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver present. The physical plant, the first aid kit, the emergency preparedness plan, cribs, bottles, children's records and caregiver records and household member records were reviewed.
