Technical assistance was provided regarding child's records and water supply.

An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 9:00am to 10:00am. There were no children present with the provider. A total of 2 staff and 4 household member records were inspected and found to be complete. The family day home?s policies, supplies, and equipment were also inspected and were in compliance. Inspection of the two cribs on site was made and determined to the meet the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards. The provider and assistant are current in CPR and First Aid training. There were no medications for enrolled children on site. The home was clean and organized and supplied with adequate space and materials available for the requested age range and capacity of 12 children.
