Those areas cited during the initial inspection and those that could not be determined at that time were reviewed. All previous cited areas of standard have been corrected.
Discussion that the Family Day Home has applied and has become a subsidy vendor as of 08/30/2022. See the Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) conducted on this same date.
Comments:
This non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 09/28/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 11 am. There was 1 preschool child present (2 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 1 child's record, 1 staff record, and 3 household records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the home.
