A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on October 4, 2023 from approximately 10:30 am to 12:45 pm. There were eight children, ages two to three years old present with one caregiver supervising for a value of16 points. The children were observed playing outside, having lunch and during rest time.
The provider home was equipped with a variety of supplies and toys. The provider's interactions with the children were positive. The children interacted with the inspector and were excited to share what activities they were engaged in during the inspection.
A total of five child records and one caregiver record was reviewed. A walkthrough of the entire home was completed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
