Thank you for your time and assistance with the announced initial inspection conducted on April 20, 2022. The on-site inspection was from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. On this date, there were no children in care. Files of the Program Director, Officers, and agents were reviewed previously. Physical plant and playground were toured and the following items were reviewed: required posted information, first aid kit, warm water temperature, and emergency preparedness plan. There were no violations.
