An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on April 11, 2024, beginning at 11:25 a.m. and ending at 12:05 p.m. There were 15 school-aged children in the direct care of 5 staff. The children were observed playing in the indoor play area. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance.
