A complaint investigation was initiated on February 20, 2024 with another local agency from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on February 14, 2024. Interviews were conducted and video footage for entire day was reviewed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? Based on review of staff records, the child day program does not have a central registry finding within 30 days of employment. Evidence Staff #1, first day of employment 11/2023, does not have documentation of a central registry finding within 30 days of employment or documentation of follow up after the 30 days.
Plan of Correction:
We will follow up today to see where the CRS is, a copy of the background check will be sent to the inspector when it is received.
