Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for one child, equaling 4 points. The child was observed playing with toys, interacting with the provider, and preparing for lunch. This child's lunch is provided by the parent and brought from home.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of the physical plant, programming, child nutrition, caregiver training, emergency preparedness, and administrative records.

Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that one record does not contain all required information. Evidence: Child record A does not include the information for a second emergency contact who is not a parent. This file includes the father's information for the emergency contact.
