Comments:
An announced Initial inspection was initiated on July 7, 2022 and concluded on July 7, 2022. The inspector was on-site and conducted the inspection with the provider. The provider plans to provide care to children six weeks trough five years. A capacity of (12) twelve children is recommended based on child care space. Care will be provided in two activity rooms, the kitchen for meals and an additional room for napping in the home. The home is equipped with a variety of age appropriate equipment and supplies including materials for gross motor, art, literacy, and dramatic play. Two crib were inspected and met Federals Safety standards. Parents will be responsible for providing meals and snacks. A walk through of the entire home was conducted during today's inspection. Transportation will not be provide. There were four children present with one caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing, emergencies and nutrition. A total of one caregiver record and one household member record was reviewed. A conditional (6 month) license will be recommended. An unannounced follow-up will be conducted within 60 days to determine compliance with standards not determined at the initial inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
