Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, May 13, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm. There were three children present with one caregiver supervising for a value of eight points. Children were napping upon the inspector?s arrival. Later children were observed having a snack, playing with an IPAD and sliding on a small indoor sliding board. The provider interacted with the children in a positive manner. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records, one caregiver and one household member record were reviewed. The inspector interacted with the caregiver and children in care. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
