A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/29/23 from 10:20 am to 11:30 am. A complaint was received by the department related to allegations in the areas of supervision, center's policies, parent communication, nutrition and diapering. 4 staff members were interviewed, 1 child's record, attendance records and parent/center communication notes were reviewed. Classroom observations were also made. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the (allegation(s)/self-report) of non-compliance with standards or law.
