A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/30/24 from 10:15 am to 11:20 am. There were 33 children present, with 6 staff supervising. The children were engaged in activities that included but were not limited to: outdoor music and movement and practicing for an upcoming graduation ceremony. A total of 3 children's records, 2 staff records, attendance records, emergency drill records and injury reports were reviewed. Medications, first aid kit and emergency supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
