Discussed with the provider that the recommended licensed capacity is based on measurements taken today. The licensed program includes the primary classroom, smaller resource room and hall located off the primary classroom and doesn't include the additional room/buildings on campus. A minimum of 25 square feet per child is applicable given the location has been previously licensed since 2006.
Reviewed requirements of CPR/First Aid training versus certification. Discussed Daily Health Observation training and the timeframes for renewal of the training.
Clarified a TB risk assessment for staff and who is permitted to complete the screening.

An announced Initial Inspection was conducted today due to a change in sponsor. No children were onsite with a total of 3 staff present. Staff were busy preparing for the fall school year. Square foot measurements were taken of the space that will be used for programming. The space was furnished with equipment and programming materials age appropriate for the requested age range. Administrative staff present knowledgeable of the State Regulations and application of those regulations. All policies and procedures remain in place under the previous license.
