Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:05am-10:00am. There were 4 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed reading a story, playing freely and eating breakfast. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, The provider did not review annually with the parent the emergency contact information to ensue the information is correct. Evidence: Child A ( start date 10/11/2023) did not have annual review of emergency contact information documented in their record.

Model form completed during inspection. We did the orientation we just didn't sign the form.
