Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-9:40 am. There were 5children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed signing the songs of the day. labeling days and emotions. Diapering procedures were also reviewed There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, provider did not obtain current report of Tuberculosis Screening a the time of hire before coming into contact with children.
Evidence: Staff A ( Hire date 2/13/2024) did not have a Tuberculosis Screen at the time of hire. Tuberculosis screen dated 3/6/2024.
