Thank you for your assistance during the unannounced monitoring inspection that was completed on September 15, 2022 from 1 pm- 1:45 pm. This inspection was initiated by a self reported incident to the Office of Child Care Health and Safety on August 18, 2022. Interviews were conducted in conjunction with one other agency on August 31, 2022. At the time of the on site inspection there were nine children in the care of two staff. Five children's records, three staff records, required posted information, evacuation drills, one injury report, first aid kits and emergency supplies, health inspection, and fire inspection were reviewed, Based on evidence gathered, there were no violations.
