During the inspection, there were no children and staff present. The inspector reviewed Code of VA requirements to determined the compliance by the program. The sample size was 2 staff records. Violations: Standard #: 8VAC20-790-550-2-a Description: Based on review of staff records and interview, the center did not ensure to obtain results of fingerprint -based national background check. Evidence: In Staff#1's and Staff#2's records, there were no results of fingerprint-based national criminal background check found. Interview with staff confirmed the results of a fingerprint results were not available for review during the inspection. Plan of Correction: The provider obtain the contact information for OBI and then scheduled fingerprinting appointment.
