A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on February 8, 2024. There were no children and staff present for observation during this inspection. The SHSI inspection covered the subsidy health and safety regulations. A total of 1 staff's records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
