Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/28/2023 at 1:05pm. There were 19 (2-4yrs) directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, no children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed taking naps. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Based on review, the facility did not have documentation of an annually completed inspection report. Evidence: reviewed the facility's records and found that the last fire inspection was dated 10/19/2022.
