Review of the sinks in the classrooms found that the facility failed to ensure that water temperatures did not exceed 120 degrees.
Evidence: In the preschool classroom the sink near the diapering area read 148.5 degrees. Water temperatures may not exceed 120 degrees.
Plan of Correction:
Maintenance will immediately adjust the hot water temperature gauge to ensure that the temperature doesn't exceed 120 degrees.
