The trampoline located on premises may not be used when the VR home is operating / caring for children.
Swimming pools must have a 4 foot non-climbable barrier around it. The sides of an above ground pool may serve as the barrier if the ladder is removed so that it cannot be accessed and the sides of the pool are a minimum of 4 feet in height.
Enrolled infants under 12 months of age must have an individually assigned crib to sleep in which meets CPSC safety standards.

There were were no children present or enrolled at the time of this inspection.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Provider registration and general procedures, Health and Safety, Access to minor?s records, Background Checks, storage of firearms, and Child abuse and neglect.
A total of 2 provider / Household Member records were reviewed.
