A complaint inspection was conducted on November 2, 2022. There were fifteen children present, ranging in ages from two to four, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, staffing/supervision, special care provisions/emergencies and special services. Two injury reports were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. The complaint is deemed not valid and no violations were issued.
