An announced initial inspection was conducted on August 15 2022 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were no children currently enrolled in the family day home. A review of the home day care space, household records, provider record, emergency procedures, emergency supplies, and the supplies was conducted. A citation is noted on the violation notice page. Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that the first aid kit contained all of the required materials.
Evidence: The first aid kit did not contain more than one triangular bandage.
