Comments:
A complaint inspection was completed on 11/16/2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The inspection was initiated on 11/14/2022 and concluded 11/16/2022.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on interviews the center failed to implement a monthly practice evacuation drill. Evidence: 1. During interviews it was reveled by staff #1 and 2 that the center has not been practicing evacuation drills (fire drills) monthly. There have been no fire drills conducted the months of August, September or October, 2022.
Plan of Correction:
The director will ensure that monthly evacuation drills are conducted and recorded as they are conducted.
