An announced inspection was completed on 05/22/2023 in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The inspector and the licensing administrator conducted the inspection with the director and assistant director from 12:20pm until 1:55. The expected date to open at the new site is 05/30/2023. Measurements were taken and the inside and the outside play area were inspected. All required paperwork for opening at the new site has been received. Emergency plans and other policies have been updated.
There is an unfinished room that will not be used and children will not have access to it until the inspector inspects it after renovations are completed.
Discussions were held with with the director about possible extra safety measures to take when children walk to and from the play area.
The new Safe Sleep 365 flyer was given to the licensee.
There were no violations.
