Comments:
A monitoring inspection was completed from 10:25-12:30. There were 28 children present with 9 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center did not have all the required information in the file. Evidence: 1. Child #1 and #2 needed addresses for emergency contacts added.
Plan of Correction:
The director will get the information from the parents; other files will be checked.

Based on record review and interview, a staff person did not meet the qualifications to be a lead teacher. Evidence: 1. Staff # was missing documentation to be a lead teacher.

Based on record review, the center did not complete all required drills. Evidence: 1. A 06/2023 drill was not documented.
