3/6/23 Arrived 3:00pm Departed 4:15pm An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 17 children present with three staff. The children were doing homework and eating a snack. Four child records were reviewed. Staff records will be reviewed virtually. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me if I may be of service.
Based on the review of staff files, the facility failed to ensure that a fingerprint background check is on file prior to the first day of employment. Evidence: 1. There is no current fingerprint background check on file for staff #2 who is working today. REPEAT VIOLATION
